Our story

We're here to help the helpers.

Zoe Grove exists so that no speech pathologist has to grow their career alone: clinically, professionally, or personally. This is the story of why we built it.

It started with a problem we couldn't unsee

A problem hiding in plain sight.

Zoe Grove grew out of Zoe Allied Health, a paediatric practice built on one belief: help as many people as possible.

But the longer we worked, the more we noticed something. Brilliant new graduates, kind, capable, desperate to do well, were leaving the profession in their first year for want of support. And our most experienced clinicians had so much wisdom to give, and nowhere to give it.

The same story was playing out in clinics across the country: talented therapists walking away, isolated practitioners with no senior clinician to call, and owners watching good people leave despite everything they'd tried.

We thought: what if the support that kept our clinicians thriving could reach everyone else's too?

So we built it. For all of them.

Why "Zoe Grove"

Zoe means life. A grove is a stand of trees that grow stronger together: the old growth sheltering the young, the whole more resilient than any one tree standing alone.

That's the whole idea. A place where clinicians grow together across an entire career, where the experienced give back to those just starting out, and no one has to figure it out in isolation.

The promise

Every course, every coaching conversation, every piece of content we make comes back to this: believe in the clinician first, then build the skills to back it up.

Competence creates confidence. Not the other way around. And a long career is meant to be enjoyed.

What we stand for

Six beliefs behind everything we make.

01

Competence creates confidence

No faking it. We help you find the gaps, get genuinely good, and let real confidence follow. The kind families believe, because you believe it too.

02

We win or we learn

A hard session or a tricky case is never a failure. Every stumble is information, and we use it. The language of learning, not loss.

03

An experienced brain, early

Clinical reasoning, healthy habits and judgement built in from year one, so you thrive from the start instead of surviving the first few years.

04

Support is not a luxury

Coaching and supervision aren't a nice-to-have. They're the difference between surviving and thriving, and every clinician deserves them from day one.

05

A career worth enjoying

We spend too long at work not to love it. We help you enjoy the craft, the people and the long road, and to grow without growing alone.

06

Help the helpers, help the kids

When clinicians are better supported, the impact reaches every family they touch. We grow the clinicians. The clinicians grow the children.

Who we are

By clinicians, for clinicians.

Everything here is made by people who have sat in your chair, on a hard day, with a tricky case. The promise on every page is personal.

Lauren Kevu
CPSP, MSPA · Founder

Speech pathologist, practice builder and the originating mind behind Zoe Grove. Twenty years in paediatric speech pathology: building caseloads, supervising new graduates, and growing a team culture where clinicians stay and flourish. Lauren founded Zoe Allied Health and created Zoe Grove to share that culture with the profession.

Hannah Andrews
CPSP, MSPA · Coaching lead

A senior speech pathologist who has worked across Victoria and Queensland, and exactly the clinician you hope picks up the phone. Hannah lives for creating outstanding client experiences and growing teams past what they believed they were capable of. She has been the only one in the room without an answer, and she knows how to turn that moment into the one that defines a career. People leave her sessions standing taller than they walked in.

Marlee Radenovic
CPSP, MSPA · Speech Pathologist

A speech pathologist who works across the lifespan and builds the kind of long-lasting client relationships most clinicians only dream of. From her own new-grad days, Marlee has lifted students and whole teams with a generosity that is impossible to fake, and a belief in people that has a habit of becoming self-fulfilling. She is endlessly passionate about helping others grow. Ten minutes with her and you will want her in your corner for the long haul.

What's next

This is just the beginning.

Supporting Australian speech pathologists is step one. Our vision reaches further: to the wider allied health team, and in time, to clinicians in developing nations through our Zoe Global mission.

Wherever there are people who help others, we want to help them keep going.
