Coaching with Zoe Grove counts toward your CPD and certification hours, including the 2 hours of professional support Certified Practising speech pathologists need each year, and the 12 hours of supervision (6 of them one-on-one) required for Provisional certification. You get the growth and the tick.

No. We meet your supervision requirements, but our focus is growth, not oversight. You will leave more capable and more confident, not just signed off.

I already get supervision at work. Why add this?

Internal supervision is often rushed, or done by whoever has a spare hour. Coaching with Zoe Grove is dedicated, skilled and focused entirely on you. Many clinicians use both.

Do you coach experienced clinicians, or just new grads?

Both. We support clinicians across the whole career lifespan, including those moving into supervising others.

Can my employer pay for it?

Yes. Many clinicians are funded through their practice's team plan. We can send you something to share with your manager, or point them to our team plans.
